Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final deliverables produced specifically for their project upon full payment. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how used to build those deliverables. All content on this website is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.
Payment terms
Payment terms — including any deposits, milestones, and timelines — are agreed in the project-specific proposal or contract. Deliverables and ownership transfer are contingent on full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamakode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
