A B2B platform connecting international garment buyers and manufacturers — handling supply chain management, Stripe payments, and real-time inventory.
The problem
Garment exporters and international buyers were coordinating orders over email, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp — leaving inventory out of sync, payments untracked, and order status invisible to both sides.
Our approach
- Designed a multi-tenant data model in MongoDB to keep each manufacturer and buyer isolated while enabling shared order workflows.
- Built real-time inventory sync so stock levels update instantly across every buyer view.
- Integrated Stripe for secure payments with a multi-step order and fulfillment tracking pipeline.
- Shipped a Next.js frontend focused on fast catalog browsing and clear order state.
The result
- Buyers and manufacturers now transact on a single source of truth instead of scattered channels.
- Payments and order status are tracked end-to-end, removing manual reconciliation.
- The platform is in production and architected to onboard new manufacturers without rework.
